About Us

Pour Decisions make the best stories

Here at Pour Decisions Coffee Company we are a micro batch specialty coffee roaster. We have a unique take on how coffee should be roasted and how it should taste, utilizing wood fire and smoke our coffee has a full-bodied flavor with a clean non-bitter finish. We roast using many different flavor hard woods such as cherry, apple and pecan in a classic stainless steel french style roaster that we designed and fabricated in house. Our coffee is roasted to order and shipped with in 72 business hours of purchase to guarantee the freshest coffee possible directly to your door step. We pride ourselves on providing natural and organic coffee from all around the world in whole bean form or in any grind size you desire. We work directly with suppliers to source the freshest, highest quality offerings.

The Roaster

We call it "The Beast" weighing in at over a 100 lbs our roaster is not easy to lug around or operate but easy just isn't our thang! Every pound of coffee that goes through "the beast" is hand turned for over an hour, so the word elbow grease... it's a thing! Just know that at Pour Decisions Coffee we are working hard for you, even if it doesn't make sense we will do what is needed to get you the best bean in the biz!

Just Getting Started

We believe that everything should start from the bottom up. Starting from the green bean gives us an advantage to pick the right beans for our process and a unique perspective on coffee's vast differences in flavor from farm to farm. Roasting one batch at a time allows us to put you our customers on the center stage and focus on quality. As our business grows we plan on having a mobile service to our local customers and a cafe in the near future.
